The New York Garment District has been developed into a social networking and e commerce venture. The site has a temporary back end selling platform at Ebay stores. What's really fascinating is that this domain name has been virtually dormant for the last five years and even more incredible that it wasn't registered until November 2002. Most premium domain names like this were all taken by the late 90's.
